The Julijana Restaurant kitchen works with all the delicacies one would expect in a high-ranking restaurant, such as goose and duck liver and the best beef cuts. Excellent locally sourced products, such as fresh local vegetables, dairy products and outstanding locally bred trout, also play an important role in our menu.

International trends with a local twist

We often participate in training abroad, where we can discover the latest trends, expand our horizons, learn from the best and find inspiration for new dishes. Our chefs then make these ideas their own by following their feelings and trying out different combinations. The creation of the menu is a team effort, with everyone contributing their inspiration and selecting the best dishes to star on the menu. We want every idea to be perfected and adjusted to the local environment.

The Julijana Restaurant is proud to hold the Bled Local Selection certificate, awarded to everything that has always been living and growing in Bled and its surroundings, in its people, in the land, water and air. The jury was convinced by our 4-course menu, in which they recognised quality, authenticity and an innovative connection with the local environment.
