When completing the »Activate your profile« step, please make sure to enter your membership number without leading zeros (e.g. 768327 instead of 00768327) and use the email address you provided when joining the programme.
Once logged in, your digital membership card will be available in your profile.

For even greater convenience, download the Sava Hotels & Resorts mobile app.
Using the same login credentials, you can access your profile both on the website and in the app, where your membership card is always at hand. The app also allows you to easily book and manage reservations, transfer Droplets and view the current balance and validity of your Droplets.

You can order it in person at the hotel reception desks of all Sava Hotels & Resorts destinations, through your online member profile, or by email at info@shr-ambasador.si.
A physical membership card is available for an additional 150 Droplets, which will be deducted from your membership balance when the order is placed.
Your membership card will be delivered within two months after your order is confirmed.
