We will pamper you with traditional treatments enriched with local ingredients such as sea salt, salt mud, olive oil, lavender, and other Istrian herbs. During relaxation and care treatments, you will also be accompanied by unique views of the endless blue of the sea!

Istrian pampering with unique views

Saunas with a view

In the world of saunas, you can warm up in a herbal, infrared, or Finnish sauna, or in a steam bath, after which you can cool off in a pleasant cold plunge and reap all the benefits of Kneipping. You can also visit our salt room and indulge in the beneficial effects of salt, surrender to the experience of the only hammam in Slovenian Istria, or enjoy the panoramic view of the Adriatic from our Finnish sauna.

Istrian hammam

The specialty of the world of saunas at Wellness Benedicta is the only hammam on the Slovenian coast, the so-called "Istrian hammam”. We will take you through this popular Istrian-themed ritual of external body cleansing. After exfoliation with salt and a cleansing treatment using natural lavender and rosemary essential oil soap, we will alternately rinse your body with warm and cold water, then at the end, depending on the needs of your skin, we will choose suitable natural wraps.

Salt room

Wellness Benedict in Hotel Histrion is located near the salt pans and is surrounded by the sea on all sides, so it would be a shame if you didn’t enjoy the beneficial effects of salt in our salt room during your visit. It has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system and prevents the development of respiratory diseases.

Kneipping and barefoot path

On the Kneipp path, you can walk through four pools filled with pebbles of different sizes. Walking on them triggers reflex points on the feet and has a beneficial effect on well-being. You start the Kneipp path in a cold water pool and finish it in a warm water pool.

Round massage rooms

Massage lovers can enjoy six massage rooms whose round shape alludes to the infinity of the universe and our vital energy, and creates an intimate atmosphere in which our experts will perform therapeutic, relaxing, and energy massages.

Foot, hand, and face care with beautiful views of the sea

You can also enjoy views of the endless blue during foot, hand, and face care treatments. After the therapy session, we invite you to rest in our lounge, where the most beautiful views accompany you on the way to complete relaxation.

Thalasso treatments

With our Thalasso rituals, you can experience the healing effects of salt mud, seaweed, and sea salt directly on your skin. Scrubs, wraps, and massages that include these local elements will take care of the rejuvenation of your body.
