Bathing at Lake Bled

Exclusive bathing on the hotel beach

The Grand Hotel Toplice offers a private beach for hotel guests only. Daily visitors can take a swim in the pristine spring water of the indoor thermal pool of the hotel.

The Velika Zaka beach

The Velika Zaka beach is located in a bay along the northern shore of Lake Bled. This popular bathing site offers lounger and beach umbrella rental to visitors who can also freshen up at the bar. A sports and recreational centre is close by.

Bled Castle bathing area

Sheltered by the castle rock is a natural bathing area featuring two waterslides, a springboard, fenced-off pools and a children's playground.

Bathing in the thermal pools

Waterpark Wellness Živa

At the Rikli Balance Hotel, you will find the biggest pools in this part of Slovenia. They are filled with thermal water, extend over two floors and feature an indoor waterslide. You will be thrilled by the magnificent views - including the view from the saunas.

Elegant water park of Spa Luisa

The Toplice hotel pool is recharged with thermal water every morning and offers views of Lake Bled just a few metres away. It is the epitome of heavenly relaxation!

The highest floor of the Hotel Park offers a magnificent view of Lake Bled. It is all the more beautiful because it can be admired directly from the pool with heated thermal water.

Others sports

Fun on a stand-up paddle board (SUP)

You cannot truly experience Lake Bled until you have sailed on it on a SUP! You can rent it in the boathouse of the Grand Hotel Toplice.

*Note: landing your SUP on Bled Island is not allowed.

Go out on a rowboat

Hand-made wooden boats or stand-up paddle boards (SUP) are available for rent at the boathouse of the Grand Hotel Toplice where you can also order a picnic basket to take with you on a romantic date in the middle of the lake!
