Lake Bohinj

Lake Bohinj is located in the Triglav National Park and is the largest permanent lake in Slovenia. It offers aquatic activities in all seasons, from swimming and fishing to canoeing and panoramic boat rides. The church of St. John the Baptist, which is one of the oldest churches in Slovenia, is also located by the lake.

Lookout point and Vogel Ski Resort

Mount Vogel above Bohinj offers winter skiing and summer hiking activities. You can go up to it on foot or with a cable car. From the top, you can enjoy a view of Mount Triglav, the Julian Alps and the Bohinj Basin with Lake Bohinj. You can also visit the Vogel mountain bike park or paraglider from it.

Mostnica Gorge and Voje Valley
